Annette Thurner is a multidisciplinary designer and visual artist based in California. With a background in Communication Design from Munich University of Applied Sciences, she brings extensive expertise in color, material, and product design across automotive, industrial, and lifestyle sectors in Europe and the U.S.
Annette began her career in fashion, creating bespoke garments, before transitioning to luxury automotive and product design. In 2020, she co-founded THURNER DESIGN with her husband Andreas, a global branding, design, and development studio. Later that year, they launched HAWES HOUSE, a restored Los Angeles architectural landmark offering a creative hub for professionals.
Her work merges craftsmanship, storytelling, and art, fueled by a passion for innovative design, nature, and creativity.
